the staff was polite and helpful. rooms were beautiful (i loved the pool area). elti was very good and caring. i had a wonderful time here. i enjoyed greatly. the staff was very generous.
I stayed for two nights and three days on half board. the food, even a three-star hotel will serve fresh and better food. our first dinner had just four to five items including main course, soup, and starters. No breads. those four to five items also were very bad tasting.

The pool was a good size. A bar right by the pool played music all day and served cocktails. The food had Indian, Goan, and Western options. I found the food to be very tasty. The staff in the restaurant worked hard. David, Iba, Wanky, and Shenoy always made sure everything was good.

The hotel is not close to the beach. The walk seemed far, especially during the hottest parts of the day. Taxis are always available, so I recommend asking around for the best fare.

The staff were very proactive and helpful I thank Vilatha specifically for making my holiday nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. The swimming pool was a highlight I enjoyed its well kept condition. I also appreciated the good food and breakfast options available at the restaurant.
The shower pressure was not the best at times hot water availability was inconsistent.
