rocking stay!
helpful staff amazing drink great service
i found the staff to be kind and very helpful. all the facilities were great. breakfast was good with many choices (i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit). drinks and bar services were amazing too. the tonic bar team and ambassador were great.
the cushions on many chairs around the pool were stained. i was surprised to see this given the caliber of the hotel. the buffet restaurant could also use some improvements to maintain better cleanliness.

The staff were helpful. Mitali and Vilatha were super informative. They were always ready to help with whatever we needed!!! I requested a sharpener for my lip liner and a sewing kit, and I was amazed at their prompt response.
The gym was small.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially shanti and alok. their housekeeping service was excellent. the room was quite large and had a nice pool view. i appreciated the cleanliness maintained by the housekeeping team.

good size pool poolside bar various food attentive staff
The pool was a good size. A bar right by the pool played music all day and served cocktails. The food had Indian, Goan, and Western options. I found the food to be very tasty. The staff in the restaurant worked hard. David, Iba, Wanky, and Shenoy always made sure everything was good.

The hotel is not close to the beach. The walk seemed far, especially during the hottest parts of the day. Taxis are always available, so I recommend asking around for the best fare.

A Nice Stay
helpful staff spacious room clean room good food
The staff were very proactive and helpful I thank Vilatha specifically for making my holiday nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. The swimming pool was a highlight I enjoyed its well kept condition. I also appreciated the good food and breakfast options available at the restaurant.
The shower pressure was not the best at times hot water availability was inconsistent.

The reception staff displayed friendliness and offered assistance whenever needed they were very attentive. Housekeeping services were just perfect ensuring my room remained super clean. Staff.
